I forgot to disconnect the battery before working on the seat and this caused the airbag light to come on. Bought to reset the light as electrical diagnostics would cost $100 at a mechanical shop so a reusable tool like this is definitely worth the investment - it will come in handy if any lights come on. BTW my local AdvanceAutoparts is no longer offering free engine code reading due to the pandemic. I haven't tried Autozone but I think it's the same. The seller sent the wrong model for my first purchase, which only supports a few car brands. Had to buy back and again and again they were not wrong. Worked for me to reset the airbag light and service reminder on my 2010 volvo xc60. So good experience. My complaint is about the price as it is much higher than many others. But for the long-time owner of the car (and who doesn't?), it pays off if it can meet all of the above requirements.
