I love this corkscrew! Bought to replace an old one that fell apart. This corkscrew grips the rim of the bottle well; The "screw" penetrates and penetrates the cork easily and completely, allowing the cork to be removed without pulling on it. And - grab the bottom of the corkscrew to hold the cork out of the screw for easy removal! Wonderful. I have arthritis in my hands and these are important points for me. I definitely recommend it.
