"Never needs oil, everything slips off the pan!" Well that was true until yesterday. I bought this pan in April and in mid-September I cracked an egg in the pan for breakfast and it stuck! I can't remove all the leftover eggs YET! Worse, it was a gift for my husband as he likes to make an egg once a week or so, sometimes even twice, just one egg and he always hated using a big pot for that and that's about it , which we only had regular skillets. When I saw this beautiful little pan I went crazy and had to buy it for him. And he loved it! It worked great, he never had to use butter or butter or spray or anything and his eggs were cooked and came out of the pan fabulous. One day I asked him if he would mind if I boiled an egg in his pan. I double-checked that I didn't need to put anything in the pot, and I was done. We were both stunned when it got stuck. I swear I think he had tears in his eyes when he saw his awesome little frying pan all covered in egg. I mean it was like cement in it, after I pulled out most of the egg it was still a mess. I've soaked it, tried cleaning it, and soaked it again for a few days. moral of the story? This is a great fabulous 5 month old perfect pan.
