My most recent encounter with GRIDREADY was less than satisfying, and I feel compelled to provide my input in light of this. In spite of the fact that they have an excellent assortment of automotive and lighting items, the quality of their customer care was not very good. To begin, I had a hard time understanding the purpose of the website and navigating it effectively. It took me quite some time to track down the items that I wanted, and once I did, I discovered that I had some issues regarding their compatibility. I contacted their customer support team via email, and although they eventually got back to me, it took them many days. After a long delay, I did eventually hear back from them, however I considered their response to be unhelpful and condescending. They gave no indication that they were interested in responding to my inquiries or offering any form of support. After everything, I was left feeling annoyed and let down. Despite my reservations, I went ahead and placed the order in the hopes that the items would be of a satisfactory standard. That did not turn out to be the case, unfortunately. One of the things in my order was broken when it arrived, and another one was different from how it was stated on the website. When I contacted GRIDREADY to inquire about a possible exchange or refund, I was once again met with unsatisfactory responses from their customer support team. They took several days to answer, and once they did, they stated that they would neither offer a refund or accept an exchange. In general, GRIDREADY is not something I would suggest to anyone. However, the quality of their products is uncertain, and although they have an incredible assortment of products, their customer service is very weak. Avoid the trouble and go shopping somewhere else instead.
