I was very skeptical about this product at first but I bought it because I was so desperate. I was just looking for a good way to give my dog a bath. He's a 60-pound guy who can't fit in a sink. I mean I could keep up. but. we'd have to squeeze it in with a shoehorn, and the bath wasn't just going to wash it out. When you look at this product, it's obvious that you're looking for more than just hoses that attach to your sink. In the bathroom, this will not help those who are trying to wash a large dog (or a child). The shipment just arrived and I admit there was nothing I could do. I had to try it immediately. I opened the box, attached the second piece of hose, and slipped the soft end over the shower head. The soft thing is pretty amazing! As a kid, did you ever play with those sticky hands made of soft rubber that you threw at the wall and it got stuck? The ending that goes over the showerhead reminds me a bit of that. Anyway, I reached over the shower head, turned on the shower and voila! Water from the other end! There are no leaks and I can direct the water where I need it. I was worried there might be a problem with the water pressure from the shower head, but it was fine. There are only two things I don't like about the product and why I only got 4 stars and not 5: The tube needs to be longer. As long as my dog is directly under the shower head, it works perfectly. But he likes to go as far as possible, so I guess I'll have to chase him. Going to the hardware store to buy a different length of hose fixes this, but I wish there was a different 6" hose. Another thing I would change is a different type of pipe end to allow more water to flow out. like a shower instead of just pulling out the end of a pipe like a garden hose. Not much and we'll do our best. It's still better than nothing. Others point out that the product is poorly made, but I find it difficult to understand why this product would not work well for the purpose I bought it for. Not sure how a person can hit him to break? So just use it as intended and it should work just fine.
