Review on StarTech.com Quad Port PCI USB 3.0 Adapter Card with SATA/SP4 Power - SuperSpeed USB 3 Controller Card (PCIUSB3S4), Red by Andrew Jenkins

Bought March 2016 and already dead (disappointing $60 card). I contacted the manufacturer's tech support and found out they have a lifetime warranty so now in the process. Will be updated once the process is complete. Update - 7/20: StarTech sent me an RMA to replace this the same day I called. I filled it out and mailed it back to her. They then emailed me back the same day and said they had sent a replacement and I didn't have to return the defective item. I wish all companies backed up their warranties this way and made it such a simple process. I will definitely buy from this company again!
