I recently purchased this tetherball for our fourth of July party. We spent quite an amount of time and money building the tetherball stand so that kids and adults could play. On the fourth we attached the ball and Grandma and her eight year old granddaugher played for about 10 minutes and then the eight year old challenged her dad. Two times around the pole the tetherball went flying across the yard. The rope detached from the ball and there was no way to reattach it. It was really disappointing! When I more carefully read the reviews I quickly came across a one star review that said the same thing had happened to them. This product shouldn't be sold anymore and the description about it's high quality is very misleading! It also didn't come with an extra rope but it would have been pointless anyway!
