This roof bag was the perfect solution for our recently completed 2500 mile trip. The design is well thought out and attaches very well to the roof rails of our 2015 Dodge Journey with six independent straps. The straps are tight, won't get lost and won't flap in the wind. We had a very heavy rain and our stuff stayed dry thanks to a strong zip system with a protective velcro strap at the top. There are no markings on the roof as the floor is made of scratch-resistant material. The capacity of this thing is just outrageous. Our family of 5 checked it out. 5 sleeping bags, 8 person tent, 4 large duffel bags and other random items all fit inside. You can fully open and fold down the top to best fit your items and try to make it a bit aerodynamic. I've researched a lot about it and read a lot of reviews. I am very happy with our purchase and will definitely buy again. Good Trip.
