I bought these bits on purpose because they said "ready to hit". Well, judging by the photo, it's not entirely true. I've used these bits for lighter work in the past with no problem, but this happened when trying to drive 3" wood screws into the subfloor (joist). Impact wrench weighs 1600 inches; maybe it's too much for her. Had the same problem with pre-drilled holes too. They went through 3 or 4 bolts (albeit with obvious wear) then the end just sheared off. If you have heavy work I would look elsewhere. They worked well with a regular drill but then towards the end it starts to loosen the screw which is why you primarily use the impact wrench.
