I like that they support our software applications out so quickly to troubleshoot any issues we may be having! They're not very easy t o contact with sometimes when you need them right away which is always helpful. Just take your time - there's no rush but also know its their busy season since many companies will go through vacation times during holidays or end user weeks etc., it can get difficult trying figure if someone just isn't around due scheduling at least one week ahead vs 2 days prior then being able to schedule an urgent call/meeting wtihout delay (ie have another customer do some data migration). For my personal business needs this has been great service provider over 10 years ago where now i use cloud services/technology all myself anyway without needing help from consultants who charge too much money anyway compared how long these guys work each month per project. The team at Leadaptive is always on point and super responsive. They are always adding new features and improvements. I have yet to have an issue with Leadaptive. I would highly recommend Leadaptive to anyone looking for a reliable CRM and marketing automation provider. We are solving a few different problems with our Leadaptive integration.
