I mainly cook in my sous vide container (under vacuum), but I also cook in an electric steamer, a pressure cooker and a small portable oven, all of which I can use in these silicone baking trays with lids. I also dry condiments, sauces, meat, vegetables and fruit - anything I use to make sous vide. I use the small cans in my sous vide for desserts and Starbucks Egg Bites, as well as desserts like peach cobblers, brownies, cherry tarts, etc. I also like to use them for all types of cupcakes.
