Works as advertised

Used this to drill 2 holes about 5" deep in stone face of hose for tankless water heater vents. Used lots of water and need good drill. Makita right angle. Worked as it should have. These were for 2-in PVC pipes. If I did it again I would have gone to the two and three quarters inch hole size.

Pros

I had to drill six 12" holes in solid concrete and brick. These core bits worked well.

Cons

May not be suitable for drilling in certain types of concrete or masonry materials
