The best part of this tool is that it gives you the reports that your clients need to know about their vehicles. We can also keep track of our customer's vehicles by assigning them tags based on their model number or make/model. I do not like how it sometimes gets glitchy. Sometimes when I update my profile it does not always work properly. If you have an easy to use system for maintenance and repairs then this is definitely worth using! My company has used SMART MAINTENANCE for several years now. It saves me time in updating my customers on what issues they may encounter with their vehicle.
