Ease to use interface with good support available for questions via chat or online documentation. The helpdesk is very responsive. The best part of this tool is that it gives you the reports that your clients need to know about their vehicles. We can also keep track of our customer's vehicles by assigning them tags based on their model number or make/model. I do not like how it sometimes gets glitchy.
