Very Good Monitoring Software For Inventory

Ease to use interface with good support available for questions via chat or online documentation. The helpdesk is very responsive. Our clients are happy because of better access during day time hours. They can contact us any time in office working hours. We do not have any complaints when it comes to SMART MAINTENANCE help desk service provided by them. Sometimes we cannot receive emails about ticket update within reasonable time frame as well. In order to improve their services they may consider adding more features like mobile app development etc. As an IT Service provider our client's requirement was a maintenance monitoring system that would capture all incidents along with its corresponding status during normal operational phase so that issues get resolved faster after reporting from both sides i.e client side & workmen assigned. The best part is that it is very user friendly and has a very simple interface. I like that it's very simple and easy to use. I dislike that it's very expensive and that it doesn't offer a lot of features. I don't dislike anything about it. I would highly recommend this software to anyone who needs to track their inventory. I use this software to track my inventory to make sure I have enough product for my customers.
