Review on SmartMaintenance by Abbas Kumar

We have been using SMARTmaintenace for more than two years now but we are still very happy with it! The best feature is that you can schedule your work orders easily from anywhere via mobile app or web portal - no need to be physically present in office anymore :) I would recommend this product if someone wants an easy way of managing all his/her maintenance activities across multiple sites within one dashboard without any hassels involved (no installation required etc). Nothing much really as far as dislikes go so nothing at moment either! Great solution when used properly together with other products like ServiceNow which makes our life even easier by providing us great integration capabilities. Our IT department uses smart mainteance platform daily & hence they feel comfortable working there since their entire day job revolves around maintaining system's health and performance levels.
