Awesome dip belt but understand- its made for a 2 inch plate.
I have 1 inch plates and the strap is too thick to fit through the hole. I went to the store and bought some chain instead for 11$. No biggie.
- 40-inch strap allows for versatile use
- May not be suitable for individuals who prefer lighter weightlifting
