Great tool used regularly across many departments

The ability for our organization to make contact with customers at any time from anywhere, as well as being able to view their location in real-time is extremely useful when it comes to customer service issues or problems that may arise during business hours. It's also helpful if you want quick access to information about your clients' current status (e.g., whether they're home/away). I think there could be more options available within this software - not all features are fully utilized by my team members who use them daily. If anyone has questions regarding how certain functions work, we can't really get answers because no one knows what each function does! We have been using Oguyr since 2015 and haven't found anything negative yet so far. Our employees use these applications every day to provide excellent services to both internal customers AND external ones such as potential new hires.

Pros
  • I like the ability to create a customer account with an alias (name you want to use to call your clients, instead of their actual name)
Cons
  • Some of the functions are not very well thought out and not well documented, so this makes it difficult for employees to understand how everything works
