I like how easy it is to set up new accounts for rental properties and tracking expenses, income, etc. It's also an excellent tool if you need to track or keep financial records for other businesses - such as my real estate business. Not much dislikes about this program. If you're looking for something simple but powerful with lots of flexibility you should definitely try boatslip manager. We use it at work to help manage property listings/rentals while keeping accounting documents organized and easily accessible.
