Light and portable on my review.

I recently went to Mexico and wanted a lightweight and portable alternative to my regular mat. This definitely fit the bill for both of those needs. What I did not like was how thin and sticky it was. I had too much traction when barefoot which is how I do yoga. It was kind of hard to flow through from one move to the next. For someone that maybe wears socks it might work better but I can't say for sure since I did not try that. I'm going to try it out again now that I am home to see if I can figure out how to get it to not be so sticky.

Pros

FOLDABLE: The Navaris yoga mat in blue is foldable so you can easily take it with you when you travel or even if you want to do your yoga sessions outdoors, such as in the park or on the beach.

Cons

Good travel mat, very thin. But very packing friendly.

I like the size of this mat when it''s folded. It fits in my gym bag nicely. It is nice and squishy and works well for what I needed to.
