Pros: *The light is EXTREMELY bright, much better than expected, would be perfect. Actually it is 3 seconds to turn on and off, but one click to change mode. You may have to wiggle it inside the black "body" part, but other than that it works great for the top of my trailer. before it got too hot to touch. My bike rides last at least 30 minutes; Therefore it is not possible to switch it off every 20 minutes / wait for it to cool down. * Very heavy - the first thing that struck me was the weight, I didn't even bother putting it on as I always do a "heat test" first. * Instructions are difficult to understand; Luckily this isn't my "first rodeo" with bike lights. Most likely this is a language barrier, but still. * Waterproof description; but the "manual" specifically says [please do not soak in water]. If it's truly waterproof, not just waterproof; I should be able to toss it in a puddle (where it actually gets wet) with no problem. It's ok if it's only water resistant, but water resistance should be removed from the description. * The flashlight charging cable is "C", the taillight is Micro USB, it would be nice if it was "homogeneous". feels hot, I take it to the fire department or battery disposal. Now that all is said; I MIGHT have gotten a "shaky one," but I can't risk that with a toddler. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING. I emailed the night I tested it and got a reply the next morning! They apologized for the problem and offered me a full refund. I will continue to purchase their products in search of what I am looking for because as disappointed as I was with the product I was completely satisfied with their customer service.
