One of the best things in my kitchen!

After years of using a regular wooden rolling pin with handles, I decided to try a non-handled rolling pin. That is amazing. It is easy to use, easy to clean and very lightweight. You have to be aware of the fact that it is not solid because if it were it would be very heavy and probably difficult to handle. Be careful not to drop it or it will get dented. I love the fact that the dough doesn't stick to it, which is an issue I've had with a typical wooden roller. I would definitely buy this again.
