has been damaged. Sent back for exchange due to extremely noisy CD/DVD player. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the ongoing returns. I will upgrade to 5 stars when the replacement arrives because the value for money is great. The label on the box said Android 8.1 but I have confirmed it is Android 9 as advertised. Very easy installation. The new wiring harness is plug and play and requires no modification. I placed the GPS antenna on one of the air ducts above the radio but still under the dash. Worked great and wasn't visible. I didn't use a reversing camera due to an impending return, but that's obviously more difficult because the camera's wiring has to be routed through the interior of the car. The software was easy to understand. No problem. The LCD and touchscreen looked great and were very responsive. My device has a typo on the front panel that shows "SD CRAD" instead of "SD CARD" on the front panel. I decided to install the block anyway and it really wasn't noticeable.
