Great bands! Love the color!
The bands are great. I really enjoy the colors and the texture. They don’t slip at all. I only give it 4 stars on working out because I’m smaller so the wider band is more difficult to use for me. The other 2 are great though. I enjoy using the smallest one for rehab on my shoulder. I have a torn Labrum and putting the band around both my forearms and doing butterfly’s are perfect for my rehab.
- They can be used for full-body workouts, targeting multiple muscle groups at once.
- May not be suitable for those who prefer doing weight-training exercises
