Tail light won't click on 10 out of 11 times

I just bought this, it was delivered about an hour ago. Since then, I have tested it out on all settings. When I push the tail button to turn on turbo, it doesn't click on. I have to push in different places, usually on the very outside edge to get it to stay on. If this is what nearly $100 buys for a "high end" flashlight, they can keep it. Several of my fingers are sore from pressing the turbo button trying to get it to turn on. I'm really disappointed, as, Olight is supposed to be so great. I was excited to get it, my son got a different model for his birthday, and I liked it so much, I decided to buy one for myself. I'm probably going to send it back and try a different model. So disappointed.

Pros
  • The flashlight's beam is bright enough to light up a wide range of outdoor settings, like camping or hiking trails
Cons
  • The flashlight may not be compatible with certain types of filters
