Review on Monroe MA743 Max Air Adjust Absorber by Daniel Anderson

New and unopened packaging - the shock absorbers were fine and easy to install but the installation kit was missing o-rings (4 of them). . Kit part number AK18 - all other parts for installation came in a sealed bag (air hose and tee, inflation valve etc). So there is definitely a quality control issue at Monroe/, and their quality control inspectors missed that issue. Revain doesn't ship another kit for free / they sell it for $11. . Monroe support was abysmal and they don't send me any kit - I emailed them a week ago via their own website and they never responded so I ended up calling them, waited an hour and was informed by their customers . Support rep that this is an Amazon runtime issue and that I should contact Amazon support. . . Apparently the packages for the installation kit (#AK18) are Monroe sealed and the box says "made in the USA" - so I've had air shocks on my truck for over a week and I can't get air in them.
