Ease of installation. Type

The brackets went in easily, one side was marked UP so I knew which side to attach to the top of the window. The problem was that the blinds did NOT fit in these brackets. How general. So after almost an hour and a half of sweating and swearing, I checked the brochure to find an email address for help. and noticed on the diagram that the side of the bracket labeled UP was actually the BOTTOM! As soon as I turned them, boom, the blinds snapped shut. Hopefully this will save others tears of disappointment because once I figured it out the installation was easy and the blinds look beautiful!
