Ease of switching seems like a quality that lasts a long time.

Some cheap (Chinese) taco doorknobs don't have a plate to grip and the plastic feels really bad. This is very close to OEM at 1/6 the cost. A few big things I liked. The weatherproof rubber around the grip is thicker than the cheap ones. Also, and a BIG point, this pen has an inverted cymbal in the grip, just like the OEM. This means that if the handle breaks again, you can reach the panel and still grab the mechanism and open the door. I hope this button lasts the rest of my truck's life, but I'm sure if there is a problem it will still work without letting me down.
