Impressive instrument at a great price

This little thermometer is packed with features and the optional probe extender is great for grilling food. It's fast and small, perfect for traveling in our RV. The only downside is that the icons don't seem to make much sense in relation to what you're cooking and the location of the temperature dial on the front of the unit. Also, the presence of multifunction keys is always a bit annoying, but that's to be expected for such a small device. All in all this is a great little device and we hope it holds up well.
