I installed this mount where my eBike holder fits in the body of my 2" hitch. I tightened both nuts before leaving. On arrival I found that both nuts were loose, probably because the holder was rocking while driving. I tried to tighten them but they wouldn't budge. Then I tried to loosen them so I could adjust the brace and try again. As before, the nuts did not move in any direction! They seemed welded. I tried several wrenches of different lengths. In any case, I haven't been able to tighten or loosen either of the two nuts holding the bracket. I ended up using a 3 foot torque wrench with the correct socket. After a lot of effort I was able to snap off the ends of the horseshoe mount and get the damn thing off my eBike holder/trailer. I don't know why the nuts froze in place and wouldn't let me turn. It was a nightmare to shoot. I wouldn't buy it. Again, if my life depended on it!
