This part fixed a huge problem with my bathtub faucet. Leak under the temperature controller. They sent me feathers and rubber bands without a delta, but that didn't help, it actually made it worse. I have a Delta Leland model monitor. Use a LARGE amount of wd-40 or other anti-rust spray. I used a large shot blaster. Worked great. After I replaced the part, the faucet worked great. It was a cheap and easy fix apart from dismantling the crane. This is the hardest part. Buy a replacement cartridge from Revain for around $20, otherwise Delta is around $60.
