I am very happy with these trays. My order had 4 square trays. I fill two completely to make big cubes. I fill one half so I have a few smaller cubes to fit in the smaller jars. I fill a fourth to freeze cold coffee cubes. I then add these cubes to my daily cup of iced coffee so I can keep them cold without diluting them. A phenomenon that people may not be aware of is that hot water freezes faster than cold water. Water that has just reached the boiling point into the bowl and straight into the freezer. In addition to cooling faster, boiling the water a few times before adding it to the bowl will help remove the ice. After all, I don't close the bowls with lids right away so that the air can escape. Once the top is frozen I will add the lid. I highly recommend these bowls. I no longer want or need to buy an automatic ice maker fridge because these cubes are so much better.
