I was very happy to get this mirror. It worked fine for a week or so. Then when you turn on the light, they flash. so they sent me a replacement. The exchange took about a week. the same happened. I think the mirror itself is beautiful. The mirror is large but still looks good on the counter. The touch controls are very sensitive. Even if the cord touches it, it turns on the light. There are also 3 levels of lighting (high medium and low) with the highest level not being bright enough in my opinion. I would not recommend this product. You get what you pay for. My last lighted mirror lasted almost 10 years. If you want a good product, spend the extra money and buy a good one.
