Review on 🍝 Eppicotispai 8-Piece Cream Ravioli and Tortellini Starter Set by Kim Kajer

Pretty good starter set. Rubber tabs on the bottom of the ravioli tray ground it securely when using a rolling pin to seal/cut the ravioli. Only dust the baking sheet well with flour before pressing in the first sheets of dough, otherwise they will stick. It was a bit frustrating that I still had to use the cutting wheel to actually separate them, but I usually use thin dough that's a bit moister so it stretches in the pan without breaking. PS I have found that the food processor quickly brings the dough down to a consistency that can be kneaded. I also use a kitchen pasta set to roll out the dough, which works damn well too.
