I think these tools may come in handy for some but we enjoyed making large hand shaped ravioli. Once you get into the rhythm and shape it independently of the instrument, it will be much faster.

Pretty good starter set. Rubber tabs on the bottom of the ravioli tray ground it securely when using a rolling pin to seal/cut the ravioli. Only dust the baking sheet well with flour before pressing in the first sheets of dough, otherwise they will stick. It was a bit frustrating that I still had to use the cutting wheel to actually separate them, but I usually use thin dough that's a bit moister so it stretches in the pan without breaking.
