absolute bullshit. I think I received a used and defective jack. Chances are they get a lot of returns and try to resell the returns. As safety is an issue I would advise anyone not to buy this as you may end up with a used jack. In my case the jack post part didn't move when the pin was pulled out. When he got up, he didn't go down. I finally managed to do it, but only with more pressure. Then I noticed that part of the jack post seems to have melted or stuck as my print removed some of the paint from the page because it doesn't move freely. But I had to do this to get it back in the box. I would say that this is a very dangerous item that should be removed from Revain.
