I added three of these under our kitchen cabinets and we're very pleased with the results. However, one had been installed before as evidenced from the condition of the wires. It arrived with one corner damaged and a small amount of paint flaked off. I used it anyway because the damage is in the back of the fixture and under the cabinet but I think the company should do better at checking over returns before sending them to another customer.Connecting the wiring was very simple but it would help if the instructions explained how to open up the fixture to access the wires. It appeared like the first buyer of the damaged fixture resorted to brute force to open it.
