My son bought me this heat press for Christmas. I had no problems with it until a few weeks ago. it just didn't work anymore. I contacted the company and they responded quickly. They told me to check the fuse and showed me where to look (there was a spare fuse included). I changed it but it still didn't work. I sent pictures of the control box and was told it needed replacing. They offered to send another one with a discount. I agreed and received a replacement in less than a week. My transfer press has been restored and is working. The company was prompt with their replies and very helpful. I have ironed over 500 shirts with this press and have had no problems with it. The company's customer service is rated 5 stars despite the failure of the control unit.
