Review on 💻 MINIX NEO C-DE: Aluminum USB Type-C Hub with Gigabit Ethernet LAN, 4K HDMI, and USB-C Charging - Compatible with Apple MacBook Air and MacBook Pro by Nap Olivas

If I had to rate customer service it would be 5 stars. I make a second try. Customer support was quick and they sent a second one to try. With both Neo C-DEs, the MacBook Air's power supply was not reliable. (AC adapter works great, plugged into MacBook and then plugged into C-DE, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, and I've tried reboots and different combinations while plugging in different ports). Other ports seem to be working fine, but I haven't checked their connections. To be honest with the Minix, I'm not sure if the power routing isn't a fault of the MacBook's USB-C pins, which I use to connect my laptop to an external monitor and also to power it. Minix offered a refund which I haven't accepted yet (it's not about the money). I have another Minix, a NEO S2 with storage, which I really like, but the USB-C connection to the Mac on it is also intermittent, which I can see by an intermittent connection to the monitor (the connection wobbly fixes this, and then I have to be careful not to move the laptop or cables). I was hoping that a dual USB CC DE connection would give me some stability.
