Window regulator and motor fit like OEM. I just installed it today, so I can't comment on durability. I installed this in my 2011 Crown Vic. The instructions in the box didn't help much so as other reviews have said YouTube is your friend. The motor and ESC came with 2 large rivets in the box. I have a large HF riveting tool so I used rivets instead of screws. 3 rivets are needed to mount the power window, 2 to mount the window guide and 2 more to mount the window. So buy more if you want to use rivets. The screws make the job much quicker when the part needs to be replaced again. I pulled out the window and quarter window as shown on the web and it significantly increased the run time. If you can do this by lowering the window to the bottom of the door and then putting it back down on the rails, the job goes a lot quicker.
