Arrived on time! - Power windows and motors

The instructions that came with it didn't help me, but thanks to a great YouTube video on how to install this, it was a child's play. Not bad for a 55 year old woman!

Ease of installation. in window regulator and motor units

My unit comes with screws to attach the motor to the door frame and two screws to attach the controller to the window. Thank you! It works great! I would suggest watching some YouTube videos first. When I started a project, I would watch a step, pause the video, complete that step, and watch the next step in the video.

Pleasantly surprised, worth the extra money.

Most other reviews are accurate in terms of installation and quality. Removing the old regulator is the tricky part. We recommend watching the YouTube video as the in-box instructions are of limited value. I would have preferred to buy an American made product, but this one was made in Taiwan, which to me is better than communist China.

I felt very confident purchasing the Dorman

I hope it lasts at least 10 years. After doing my research, I felt completely confident in purchasing Dorman. Removal of the old engine. The regulator and glass were the hardest part. Installation was relatively easy and I used 1" and 1/4" hex head screws to mount the motor, controller and glass (I have a 3/4" and 1/4" Hex head screw used for one of the motor connectors). due to distance problems and changed direction). Fits like OEM: Window regulator and motor assembly

Window regulator and motor fit like OEM. I just installed it today, so I can't comment on durability. I installed this in my 2011 Crown Vic. The instructions in the box didn't help much so as other reviews have said YouTube is your friend. The motor and ESC came with 2 large rivets in the box. I have a large HF riveting tool so I used rivets instead of screws. 3 rivets are needed to mount the power window, 2 to mount the window guide and 2 more to mount the window.
