The pictures of the items are not what you will get. The picture shows a machined drill made of hardened steel. The item you will receive is a "Mateo Stamped" mild steel bat with a cheap chrome finish including the cutting edges. (Hot Chrome) This would look fine for a beginner, but is totally useless for any type of work, except maybe for soft metals like brass, aluminum, or copper. Even then, I doubt it will last long. I bought this for all the threads as it was an amazing idea and didn't have to grind hundreds of cuts. But I should have expected it to be cheap. Sent back without opening the package. I'll take a more expensive piece that works. Hope that helps.
