Review on 🔳 5-Pack POWERTEC 71086 Zero Clearance Table Saw Insert for Delta Bandsaw Models – Size: 2-1/2" OD x 2-3/16" ID by Stephen Lunn

I've always made my own zero gap inserts from scratch but decided to try them as a starting point. They are slightly smaller than the advertised 2.5" and thinner than the advertised 3/32" so they are too loose. The target saw is a 14 inch porter cord very similar to the delta saws people have been talking about and the hole in the cast iron table is exactly 2.5 inches and 3/32 deep. It takes me about half an hour to make my own 1/4" HDPE liner with a simple circular jig on a band saw and drill press and it fits perfectly so will continue to do so.
