The dimensional tolerances are not very good so it had to be adapted to my old Delta saw. The hole in the table is perfectly round 2.499", these discs are not perfectly round, they range from 2.492 to 2.513 in diameter so I had to grind the edges to fit the hole. The rim is also a bit thick so that the top protruded from the table by about 0.01" so I had to carefully trim the edge so it would sit exactly in the same plane with the table. I've always made my own zero gap inserts from scratch but decided to try them as a starting point. They are slightly smaller than the advertised 2.5" and thinner than the advertised 3/32" so they are too loose. This product was purchased for use on a 36 year old KFF-14 band saw. As other reviews have noted, the part doesn't quite fit, but after about 30 minutes of work I was able to trim the OD and male portion to fit. I used the bit shown in the picture on my drill press (poor man's router). I had to shave the top flange depth and inside diameter radius to match.
