The dimensions don't quite fit the Delta saw

The dimensional tolerances are not very good so it had to be adapted to my old Delta saw. The hole in the table is perfectly round 2.499", these discs are not perfectly round, they range from 2.492 to 2.513 in diameter so I had to grind the edges to fit the hole. The rim is also a bit thick so that the top protruded from the table by about 0.01" so I had to carefully trim the edge so it would sit exactly in the same plane with the table. I managed it, but it took about an hour. my time, just to get the right tool.
