This was a great alternative to other options costing over $100. It was almost the same, although the top hole was pushed back a bit, but I was able to ream the oval hole in the front of the microwave with my dremmel and a small piece of rock. You can also use an electric drill. From there it wasn't too difficult to line up the screw and screw it in with a little effort. Apart from this small problem, the pen was exactly the same as the original.
