THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT: Anyone who has problems with the buckle system has many problems in life. I mean it in the best sense. learn to read. The instructions are clear. They may not be the best inline skates, but they will do for me for a while. I skated many, many years ago. Now I'm 40 and I've done a lot of research on what's new and what's hot. I was fascinated by triple skates but tired of the fact that many people say they are very fast. They are. But don't let that put you off. If you gradually learn how to drive in them, how they roll and accelerate, etc., you will be fine. Take a few days or weeks to learn how to slow down. It takes a moment before you can go over 20 km/h on a gentle descent with these things. Another concern that many have expressed about tricycle skates is maneuverability. I think they're pretty smart. Yes, I need to give them some muscle power for some really tight turns, but not too much. Basically, they just follow your commands. For those just learning like me, they are beyond agile and responsive. NO BRAKE: No problem. Despite my total imbalance, after some practice I was able to pull the stop. Yes, it took me about two weeks to try it due to lack of time. But I got it. Comfort is pretty good. So far I've trained in them for about an hour. Yes my legs hurt after a long session but I expect it. I also notice that they are breaking in and getting more and more comfortable. 110mm: I'm 6ft 2in and about 250lbs. Yes, they roll great. -Skates, but I also wanted to roll over most things that would stop 80mm. Now I want to use 125mm. The good thing about these skates is that when I wear out the 110mm wheels I can swap them out for 125mm wheels. Cost: $200 is a great price to start roller skating as an adult. I wouldn't change a thing about these skates at this price. If you want to come back to this, look no further.
