but overall I am satisfied. I have just made my 3rd order to .

This company must have read the reviews. Quality control is lacking for this product, but overall I am satisfied. I have just made my 3rd order to this company for this exact cage. My flock consists of green cheek conures and cockatiels (rescues, not breeders). These enclosures are large enough for 2 cockatiels to be comfortable together on 1 side. I do not use the wood perches or the plastic bowls, but the metal shelves/ladders are very nice.Issues have been:A mistake on my first order - 2 of the same box was sent. Though it took some back and forth to figure out, there was no issue at all in sending back the box that was not needed and no charge for return or deliver of the correct box. There were 2 bolts missing. I used zip ties to connect instead. The second had 2 holes not drilled or punched all the way out. I have drill. It was not a big deal.
