We've had this bench for about a month. My daughter loved it, once she set her password she had no problem saving money and being able to access it anytime. To this day, she would let out an eerie and painful "Oh-Oh" every time she tried to enter the password. I thought the batteries were low so we disabled it starting with the factory password as instructed and we got the green light but the door wouldn't open. We tried it patiently for a few hours, taking breaks and coming back to it. I finally found the "master key" (hammer) and opened the door, but it still won't open with the code. The small safe didn't last long like that.
