QQHZ is a beautiful knife in a very attractive packaging. At a very good price it makes a great gift for anyone who cooks on your list. This blade is wonderfully balanced in the hand. Quite heavy, I'm sure it will crack the bone well when I'm ready to butcher my ox. The top blade is also very handy for finishing. Both blades are already razor sharp and based on other reviews I'm sure they will remain so with frequent minor touch ups. The workmanship is superb, making it a great addition to my knife set. I look forward to using it! I also bought HHLCLEAVER to use on boneless beef, bone-in chicken, vegetables, etc. It's also a very well balanced blade and feels good in the hand. The craftsmanship is very high and I can well imagine passing these two knives on to my grandchildren if I ever stop cooking. Both knives will come in handy in the kitchen.
